Testimonials

My husband was sent to murrieta Gardens from San Diego State Hospital in La Jolla and it was the best thing that has happened to us. He was in another facility for almost 2 years and thought that they were taking care of him….well they threw him out on the Friday evening prior to the Memorial Day weekend and I was at a loss as to what my options were I kept him home for about 10 days and was having a rough time taking care of him.  At one point I had to call 911 and they sent him to a local hospital before sending him to San Diego. After assessing him and doing a number of tests and realized that surgery would be too dangerous, they sent him to Murrieta Gardens.  the care is exceptional, the staff extremely helpful and very easy to work with.  I go to see my husband every day (except when sick) and I see how wonderful the care is the family is very clean and does not have odors that some of these place have.  I am thrilled that he is there and I believe he is still alive because of the excellent care the staff.  I would definitely recommend this place above the last place he was in.

My mother, Evelyn, has been tenderly cared for by staff for a little over a year!! I couldn’t be more pleased with staff and facility. Every staff member knows each resident and always greets them affectionately. Very homey atmosphere that is welcoming to families and friends who visit. Love the various activities and events they hold for residents and their guests. They have a monthly support group for families and care-givers as well. Can’t say or thank staff enough for all that they do.

My mom, Scottie Castleberry was a resident at Murrieta Gardens for the last 7 months of her life where she fought Alzheimers disease. Her caretakers were awesome, attentive, caring and loving. I am positive that she received the best care anyone could ask for! The entire staff were dedicated like no other to each and every resident.

My parents have lived here for a little over a month now, and I am very happy with their care. The staff is so friendly and attentive. They are very welcoming and they let my folks have lots of private time, (since that is what they are used to for 62 years together,) yet they also provide lots of activities if they wish to participate. If a medical issue arises they are quick to communicate it to me. We also have a neighbor who had a positive experience here with her stepfather. I would highly recommend Murrieta Gardens to anyone looking for loving care for their loved ones with memory issues.
